Good morning, Jordan.

Ask me anything about the book — carrier appetite, coverage forms, endorsements, agency procedures — or jump into an account. I'm set to Commercial Lines right now.

Jordan, use the building limit from the new appraisal on Lakeside — it is $4.2M, not $3.8M.

Quoting GL for a roofing contractor, $1M/$2M. Which of our carriers have appetite?
AI
Assistant · Normal
Per the appetite guide, two of our appointed carriers write roofing GL — Carrier A excludes torch-down (hot work), Carrier B allows it with the contractors' warranty endorsement. What's their operations mix?
JK

Mostly shingle replacement, plus some torch-down on flat commercial roofs.

Then Carrier B is the fit — the torch-down work triggers Carrier A's hot-work exclusion. Because an exclusion is in play, I'd flag this for Beth to confirm before quoting; I can't make the appetite call for you. Want me to open a quote check?
