Quoting GL for a roofing contractor at $1M/$2M. Which of our carriers have appetite?
Assistant · Normal
Per the appetite guide, two of our carriers write roofing GL — Carrier A excludes torch-down work, Carrier B allows it with the contractors' warranty endorsement. What's the operations mix?

Live load 40 psf, tributary width 10 ft, I is 204 in⁴.
Assistant
With torch-down in the mix, Carrier B is the fit — Carrier A's hot-work exclusion applies. I'd flag it for a senior agent to confirm before quoting. Want me to open a quote check?

How data is protected before it reaches the AI provider — three-stage automatic redaction

1
When a team member typesscrubbed before storage
"Email the schedule to Sarah Chen at sarah.chen@acme.com, cell 817-555-0142"
"Email the schedule to [REDACTED_NAME] at [REDACTED_EMAIL], cell [REDACTED_PHONE]"
2
Before it goes to the AI providerscrubbed again at the boundary
The assembled prompt — including anything pulled from agency docs — runs through the same redaction. Only the scrubbed version crosses to the AI provider, and the agency does not retain the raw request content.
3
When the AI repliesreply scrubbed too
The response is redacted as well — catching the rare case where the model surfaces a name from its own training that was never in the agency's data. Extra protection on the way back.
Honest note: redaction is pattern-based — a strong safety net, not a mathematical guarantee. Unusual formats can slip past (that's what the yellow "Check" flags in Users surface). The AI provider's enterprise terms are the second layer, worth confirming in writing for regulated work.
